Your responsibilities will include overseeing the Skilled Nursing Center entry area, handling telephone communications with professionalism, and assisting guests and residents with information and requests. Maintaining compliance with medical records standards and managing documentation are critical aspects of the role, requiring strong organizational skills.

You will also participate in various community engagement programs, continuing training, and team meetings designed to foster a collaborative work atmosphere. This position calls for a friendly, service-oriented attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, customer service experience, preferably in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment, and competency with medical records systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the willingness to learn Sunrise-specific systems are essential for success. Joining Sunrise Senior Living offers more than just a job; it is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, grow professionally through tuition reimbursement and continuous development, and enjoy comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plans.
