Job Duties
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and promptly take food and drink orders
- Accurately process payments including cash, credit, and debit transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Follow company cash handling and loss prevention procedures diligently
- Possess thorough knowledge of menu items and make informed recommendations to guests especially regarding allergens
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in a post-COVID-19 context
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a positive experience for all travelers
