We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team at Vino Volo, a Paradies Lagardere company, renowned for combining quality wine and food experiences with an exceptional customer journey. In this role, you will have the opportunity to connect with customers in a meaningful way, contributing positively to both your community and the environment. As airport travel rebounds in this post-COVID-19 era, maintaining the highest standards of health and safety remains a priority to ensure our guests feel comfortable and secure while enjoying their time at our locations. The position requires weekend availability and offers a rewarding experience where every employee plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service.
As part of your responsibilities, you will warmly greet and acknowledge guests promptly, engage them in a friendly and professional manner, and efficiently handle transactions while adhering to established payment procedures. Collaborating closely with team members and management, you will help ensure each guest's visit meets or exceeds their expectations. Additional duties include maintaining well-stocked market displays according to set standards, building guest loyalty through consistent excellence in customer service, and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. You will also support other operational areas when needed, including answering phones, stock management, cleanup, and documentation. Your role will play an integral part in sustaining an inviting and safe atmosphere for travelers passing through our venues.

Job Duties
- Warmly greet and acknowledge guests promptly
- engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, answer questions, quickly serve and tender payment

- stock the Market and Grab and Go area according to par levels and standards
- total bill accurately and accept payment following guidelines

- support other Market areas such as answering phones, stock work, cleanup, and documentation
