The role of a Smart Pit Electronic Table Game (Smart ETG) Ambassador at PENN Entertainment is an exciting position designed for individuals passionate about delivering superior customer service in a casino environment. As a Smart ETG Ambassador, you will be responsible for engaging with casino guests, explaining the rules of Smart ETG games, anticipating their needs, and ensuring they fully enjoy their gaming experience. Day-to-day, as a Smart ETG Ambassador, you will maintain up-to-date knowledge about the games, property amenities, and loyalty reward programs to provide accurate and helpful information to guests. Attention to cleanliness in your work area, accurate recording of game information, and prompt escalation of issues to management are essential aspects of this role.
Candidates for this role are expected to be at least 21 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED, paired with some customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are critical, as is the ability to obtain a Gaming Permit. Flexibility to work during busy periods, including nights, holidays, and weekends, is also required.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- GED or High School Diploma
- One to six months of related experience and/or training
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
- Ability to operate all tools of the trade safely
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit
- Must be able to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
- Must be able to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve conflicts diplomatically
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service for casino guests playing Smart ETG
- Explain Smart ETG rules and answer guest questions about the property and loyalty program
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Smart ETG games, property, and loyalty program
- Serve as Smart ETG Ambassador by creating an entertaining and positive guest experience
- Ensure work area is clean and well-maintained
- Accurately collect and record Smart ETG game information
- Respond to guest needs and escalate issues to management as necessary
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with management on scheduling concerns
- Support and promote superior customer service in accordance with company standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and report potential issues to management
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters
