The Sloan’s Lake location represents an exciting expansion of Odell Brewing’s footprint in Denver. Featuring a 10-barrel pilot brewhouse and an artisanal scratch pizza kitchen, this vibrant facility embodies the company’s innovative spirit and commitment to quality. Its taproom, complete with two bars serving 16 Odell taps and a rooftop patio overlooking the picturesque Sloan’s Lake and Rocky Mountains, offers both locals and visitors a spectacular venue to enjoy handcrafted beers in a welcoming, community-centric environment. The Sloan’s Operations Manager plays a vital role in the real-time execution and leadership of the customer service experience. This individual acts as the operational conductor for both Front of House and Back of House operations, ensuring seamless guest interactions, smooth food and beverage flow, and efficient staffing management. Reporting directly to the Director of Taproom Operations and collaborating closely with the Sloan’s Operations Manager, this position requires flexibility, as it involves working opposite schedules to provide maximum managerial support during peak periods and special events.
Key responsibilities of this role revolve around directing service flow to enhance operational efficiency, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture inspired by the company’s mantra “Always Better,” and building unforgettable guest experiences that resonate with the Odell Brewing brand. The Operations Manager ensures that every aspect of the taproom, from ambiance to event coordination, meets the high standards expected by customers. Additionally, this role holds accountability for profitability, working alongside executive leadership to meet financial goals and maintain careful control over costs, inventory, and sales trends.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Proven managerial/leadership experience in a restaurant setting
- BOH managerial experience is preferred
- Ability to work long hours on feet
- Ability to work in hot, wet, and loud environments
- Ability to crouch, bend, lift, and reach
- Ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding conditions
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age

Job Duties
