Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven managerial/leadership experience in a restaurant setting
  • BOH managerial experience is preferred
  • Ability to work long hours on feet
  • Ability to work in hot, wet, and loud environments
  • Ability to crouch, bend, lift, and reach
  • Ability to remain focused and level-headed under demanding conditions

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven managerial/leadership experience in a restaurant setting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • BOH managerial experience is preferred
  • Ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the floor with urgency and intention
  • Monitor and adjust staffing zones
  • Resolve bottlenecks in ticket times and ordering queues
  • Maintain clear FOH/BOH communication throughout service
  • Lead pre-shift alignment on volume, new releases, and priorities
  • Build schedules that balance labor optimization with business needs
  • Handle difficult guest situations with care and resolution
