Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely
- Knowledge of chemical handling and safety procedures
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred

Job Duties
- Wash dishes as the primary function
- Hang clean cooking utensils, pots, pans and baskets on appropriate hooks throughout the kitchen
- Fill and change chemicals and soap used in the 3-comp sink
- Handle and use various cleaning chemicals in accordance with material safety data sheets (MSDS)
- Sort flatware into bins for proper cleaning and sanitizing
- Assist the management team in controlling food costs by demonstrating concern for cost and inventory control
- Maintain kitchen surroundings, including floors, in the manner that meets standards of cleanliness, sanitation and health regulations
