Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel or hospitality management
  • Able to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per week
  • Must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgment
  • Must regularly direct the work of at least three full-time associates
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong problem-solving skills and guest service orientation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction and oversee hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager or Manager on Duty
  • Assist the General Manager with achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control
  • Supervise and direct the work of at least three full-time associates or equivalents
  • Focus on development and management of associates to promote a positive work environment
  • Perform administrative, executive, or professional tasks requiring discretion and independent judgment
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to maintain high operational standards
