Job Duties

  • Cheerfully greet visitors, colleagues, and clients
  • Follow protocols for guest access in the office
  • Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls to appropriate personnel
  • Sort and distribute mail
  • Maintain company calendar
  • Order office supplies
  • Order food for lunch provided office meetings
  • Arrange and communicate travel itineraries
  • Assist with scheduling conference rooms, company vehicles, and office equipment
  • Other general clerical duties
  • Additional duties as assigned
