Job Requirements

at least 21 years old
possess a high school diploma or equivalent
hold a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport valid for at least 12 months
have necessary visas for travel to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas
strong English communication skills
proficiency with electronic devices
able to work shifts up to 16 hours
reliable and punctual
able to work independently
flexible to travel and relocate post-training
height between 5 feet and 6 feet without shoes
vision corrected to 20/40 or better
hearing within 15-17 kHz range
meet physical requirements to handle emergency and safety equipment
adhere to uniform and grooming standards including limited piercings and tattoos

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
strong English communication skills
proficiency with electronic devices and personal electronic devices
ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
flexibility to travel and relocate as required
neat and professional appearance in compliance with grooming standards

Job Duties

ensure passenger safety and comfort
prepare, serve, and restock in-flight meals, snacks, and beverages
greet passengers and assist with carry-on luggage stowage
deliver in-flight announcements
provide leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations
resolve passenger concerns, including disorderly behavior and medical emergencies
inspect and operate cabin systems and emergency equipment
