Job Requirements

  • at least 21 years old
  • possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • hold a current, valid U.S. or foreign passport valid for at least 12 months
  • have necessary visas for travel to the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Bahamas
  • strong English communication skills
  • proficiency with electronic devices
  • able to work shifts up to 16 hours
  • reliable and punctual
  • able to work independently
  • flexible to travel and relocate post-training
  • height between 5 feet and 6 feet without shoes
  • vision corrected to 20/40 or better
  • hearing within 15-17 kHz range
  • meet physical requirements to handle emergency and safety equipment
  • adhere to uniform and grooming standards including limited piercings and tattoos

Job Qualifications

  • proficiency with electronic devices and personal electronic devices
  • ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
  • flexibility to travel and relocate as required

Job Duties

  • ensure passenger safety and comfort
  • prepare, serve, and restock in-flight meals, snacks, and beverages
  • greet passengers and assist with carry-on luggage stowage
  • deliver in-flight announcements
  • provide leadership during emergency and non-emergency situations
  • resolve passenger concerns, including disorderly behavior and medical emergencies
  • inspect and operate cabin systems and emergency equipment
