Job Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
- at least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
- data entry and/or computer experience preferred
- ability to work early morning shifts
- ability to work in outside weather conditions
- knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
- eligible to work in the United States
- pass pre-employment criminal background screening
- pass pre-employment drug testing

Job Duties
- Warmly greet passengers as they arrive
- assist passengers with luggage handling
- check in passengers and issue boarding passes
- collect and process baggage fees according to airline requirements
- weigh and tag luggage with the appropriate destination tags
- provide passengers with boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts
- offer information regarding flight details and airport directions
