Job Requirements

  • Ability to communicate clearly with guests and clients
  • at least 6 months experience in a face-to-face guest service position preferred
  • data entry and/or computer experience preferred
  • ability to work early morning shifts
  • ability to work in outside weather conditions
  • knowledge of the airline or travel industry preferred
  • eligible to work in the United States
  • pass pre-employment criminal background screening
  • pass pre-employment drug testing

Job Duties

  • Warmly greet passengers as they arrive
  • assist passengers with luggage handling
  • check in passengers and issue boarding passes
  • collect and process baggage fees according to airline requirements
  • weigh and tag luggage with the appropriate destination tags
  • provide passengers with boarding passes, luggage claim tickets, and receipts
  • offer information regarding flight details and airport directions
