Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- attention to detail
- physical stamina to handle kitchen demands
Job Qualifications
- Ability to learn a new station fully and effectively within one month
- strong interpersonal and team player skills
- work authorization in the United States
Job Duties
- Prepare food items according to guest orders and recipe standards
- ensure consistent quality in production, portion, and presentation
- maintain strong knowledge of health codes
- perform full understanding of all knife cuts and animal breakdown
- complete mise en place and set up station for lunch and/or dinner service
- operate, uphold, and properly clean kitchen equipment
- maintain a safe and sanitary work environment
