Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Have minimum of 2 years customer-facing experience
- Demonstrate proficiency in English
- Possess basic digital literacy
- Have flexibility to work morning to evening shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Comply with reviews including criminal, employment, residential and motor vehicle record history, license or credential verification, drug testing, reference checks, medical examinations, and SIDA eligibility as applicable
- Follow internal mobility and residency policies if applying as an internal employee
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide a warm greeting to members by name and check in using handhelds or self-check in kiosks
- Assist members and guests with selling memberships, membership renewals, and re-ticketing
- Interact with guests on the floor by regularly walking the club
- Proactively take appropriate service recovery measures
- Take ownership of the club environment throughout the day ensuring a clean, well-organized guest experience
- Maintain a servant leadership mindset in the level of service
- Resolve guest concerns and involve leadership when necessary
- Handle unruly passengers by collaborating with Club Lead, Station Leadership, airport police, and TSA when needed
