Job Duties

prepare ingredients for cooking including chopping portioning and storing food
wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
weigh measure and mix ingredients based on recipes and quality standards
cook a variety of dishes ensuring they meet presentation and taste expectations
utilize kitchen equipment such as ovens and grills safely and efficiently
ensure food safety by regularly checking food temperatures and maintaining cleanliness
set up and break down workstations effectively
collaborate with team members to maintain a positive working environment
