Job Requirements
- Great customer service or public relation skills
- Willingness to work with children aged 3 to adults
- Experience operating snowmobile, ATV, or motorized OHV
- Thrives in a team environment
- Flexible and willing to help wherever needed
- Able to work independently
- Experience working on a computer
- High school diploma or GED
- Applicants enrolled in high school may apply
- Ability to obtain Winter Park Resort Snowmobile Certification if operating a snowmobile
- Must be 18 to operate snowmobile at season start
Job Qualifications

- Experience working with children or in customer service
- Ability to operate motorized OHVs like snowmobiles
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer programs
- Flexibility to assist various departments
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in outdoor or service environments preferred
Job Duties
- Provide safe, pleasant, and attentive care for children aged 3-14 in Ski + Ride School
- Escort children and their gear responsibly around school facilities
- Manage behavioral issues professionally
- Interact with guests and families during check-in/out
- Perform gear checks for proper fit and condition
- Use GPS tracking system to monitor lessons and resolve incidents
- Maintain and transport equipment and supplies
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Set up and take down fencing, signage, and animation
- Replenish water stations
- Shovel walkways and decks
- Inventory supplies and tools
- Keep detailed logs and report unsafe conditions
- Transport guests and gear using snowmobiles or vehicles
- Operate surface lifts, chair lifts, and gondolas safely
- Perform minor equipment repairs
- Communicate effectively using radios and phones
- Maintain knowledge of Ski + Ride School and base area
- Adhere to resort policies and procedures
- Cross-train and assist other departments
- Perform other duties as assigned
