The Janitorial Site Supervisor role at IFS offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced, task-oriented environments and are passionate about maintaining safe and clean workplaces. As a Janitorial Site Supervisor, the employee will serve as a critical link between the Maintenance Operations Center and the KBS Field Operations Team, responding quickly and accurately to escalations and operational needs. The position requires adhering to established cleaning protocols, following the Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart, and successfully managing shift coverage by coordinating with team members. The successful candidate must be proactive in delivering feedback and reporting issues to the IFS Management Team, demonstrating a commitment to continuous operational improvement.
