Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
  • previous pharma and biotech experience
  • willingness and ability to work occasional overtime and weekends
  • proven administrative ability and workflow management
  • strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Provide front desk reception coverage including opening and closing duties
  • interface daily with site security officers to coordinate site activities and information
  • greet clients, vendors, reps, and candidates professionally
  • preregister and check in visitors using iLobby system
  • issue and control access badges using Brivo system
  • assist with daily mail dissemination
  • serve as main contact for facility vendors and property management
  • coordinate building equipment maintenance
  • maintain EHS compliance calendar and schedule EHS activities
  • schedule departmental meetings and events
  • assist in coordination of site events and catering
  • oversee lobby and reception upkeep
  • maintain Site Operations SharePoint page
  • assist with emergency notification software
  • assign employee seating using Office Space
  • order and stock office supplies
  • order shipping and receiving supplies
  • organize and maintain warehouse spaces
  • support laboratory and site safety programs
