i9 Sports is the nation’s largest multi-sport youth sports provider, offering community-based sports programs across the country with over 3.5 million registrations. The company specializes in providing high-quality youth sports leagues, camps, and clinics for children ages 3 and up, covering popular sports such as flag football, soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball, and lacrosse. i9 Sports is dedicated to fostering the importance of good sportsmanship and life skills through sports. The Site Manager position at i9 Sports is a dynamic, hands-on role central to managing game day operations and ensuring an excellent on-field experience for participants and their families. The Site Manager oversees all field activities, from set up and break down of events to managing volunteers and staff, ensuring events run smoothly and on time. This role acts as the primary point of contact for all on-field inquiries, resolving disputes and conflicts that may arise, and providing proactive customer service by interacting with parents and addressing their questions.
In addition to managing volunteers and coordinating communication among staff, coaches, and parents, the Site Manager is also responsible for overseeing equipment distribution, maintaining the integrity of the i9 Sports brand, and managing special events such as opening day and award ceremonies. The role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong problem-solving capabilities, advanced multitasking, and the ability to work independently. This position demands organizational excellence and a proactive, highly motivated attitude, making it ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Typical work hours are from 8 am to 4 pm, and candidates do not need to hold a college diploma to qualify for this role.

Job Duties
- Field set up and break down for game day events
- ensure program operates on time
- conduct parent meetings when required
- point of contact for all on-field inquiries including resolution of all disputes or conflicts
- answer customer questions and proactively interact with the parents at the field
- manage/direct a group of volunteer coaches and staff to ensure a positive experience for both the players and parents
- distribute all pertinent information to staff, parents, and coaches
- serve as the on-field official/referee liaison
- act as a replacement referee or team coach, when necessary
- organize equipment for daily distribution
- ensure the integrity of the brand
- manage all special events at the field such as opening day, award presentations, etc
- ensure the venue is cleaned and returned to original condition after each game day/event
- manage the sale of merchandise on-site such as mouth guards, concessions if applicable
- create schedules and team rosters
- assign volunteer coaches
- pre-season and in-season communication to staff, coaches, and parents
