The role of the Site Coordinator at Nu Stadium is a seasonal position based in Miami, Florida, with an hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00. As a Site Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative and onboarding functions essential to the smooth operations of stadium staffing. Your responsibilities will extend to coordinating training programs, maintaining training records, facilitating candidate hiring processes, and supporting new team members through onboarding and badging procedures. The position offers a dynamic work environment with shifts covering days, evenings, holidays, weekends, and special events, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, energetic atmospheres where no two days are alike.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience in training administration or similar roles and are proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of iCIMS and Workday systems is considered an added advantage. Job Requirements

  • No high school diploma or GED required

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a training administrator or similar role
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • working knowledge of iCIMS and Workday is a plus

Job Duties

  • Create and deliver training programs, maintain training records, and provide reports on activities as needed
  • book classrooms and ensure they are properly set up
  • support the hiring process by opening requisitions, attending job fairs, and interviewing candidates
  • assist team members with their onboarding, new hire paperwork, and badging
  • escalate human resources issues to the proper person and team
