With annual sales of $5 billion and operations spanning nearly 70 countries, Vertiv is committed to enabling data centers, communication networks, and commercial and industrial facilities worldwide to operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. Vertiv's solutions ensure continuous connectivity, supporting everything from the simplest online transactions to complex technologies like generative AI and life-saving medical devices. The company prides itself on its strong customer base, innovative product portfolio, and dedicated workforce driven by core principles including safety, integrity, respect, teamwork, and diversity and inclusion. The manager optimizes resources to maximize customer satisfaction, enhance productivity, and improve profitability while delivering on contract commitments, service level agreements, and asset management objectives. This role plays a critical leadership function in recruiting, developing repeatable processes, and consistently delivering high-quality site-based services, fostering a strong team environment empowered with feedback, coaching, and development opportunities.

Primarily focused on the North American market, the Site Based Program Manager ensures consistency across multiple service centers by leading the preparations and rollout of new contracts. This requires the execution of Vertiv's "playbook" for deploying site-based service delivery models including audit processes to evaluate service effectiveness and make necessary operational adjustments. The position demands a balance of technical knowledge in thermal and critical power infrastructure services and strong business acumen with a focus on continuous improvement. In addition to operational oversight, the role includes managing safety programs, conducting operational reviews, and performing key managerial tasks such as hiring and performance evaluations aligned with business strategy.

Candidates for this role must embrace Vertiv's core principles and strategic priorities, including customer focus, operational excellence, high-performance culture, innovation, and financial strength. The company is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunity employment practices for all individuals and providing an inclusive workplace culture where all employees feel valued and have the opportunity to develop. Vertiv offers a career path marked by growth, learning, and a chance to contribute to technologies that keep the world connected.
