Job Requirements
- Must have passed the Certified Beer Server Cicerone Exam, or must pass within eight weeks of hire
- Available to work a variety of hours including weekend
- Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to bend, reach, squat to clean
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and fun to be around with a strong work ethic
- Capable of learning and implementing new service-based technology
- Corporate service industry experience is a plus
- TIPS, TAM, Servsafe, or other alcohol safety certifications are beneficial
- Must have passed the Certified Beer Server Cicerone Exam, or must pass within eight weeks of hire

- Have own individual style, but maintain neat and professional appearance
- Professional with excellent customer service skills
Job Duties
- Deliver amazing guest experiences with strong knowledge of our offerings and a welcoming, friendly demeanor
- Always help the Manager On Duty greet guests and ensure that all guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door
- Consistently find ways to create a better service environment through cleanliness, preparation, and organization
- Properly ID patrons to make sure they are 21 and over and carefully monitor the continued consumption and overall experience of guests visiting Silver Branch
- Proficient in Point-of-Sale software and able to identify / troubleshoot potential issues
- Responsible for knowing our beer, wine, cocktails and food menu selections and capable of providing recommendations based on guest input
