Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years of age
  • demonstrated experience in culinary or restaurant setting
  • effective communication and organizational skills
  • leadership ability in fast-paced environment
  • calm under pressure with troubleshooting skills
  • capable of reading and understanding recipes
  • knowledge of knife skills
  • positive and helpful attitude
  • excellent guest service skills
  • passion for working in a kitchen
  • food safety certification or equivalent
  • ability to use technological tools in kitchen
  • flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 5 years experience in culinary field or a culinary degree with 3 years related experience
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in recipe creation and interpretation
  • passion for culinary arts and guest service
  • knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • food safety certification
  • ability to work with kitchen technology systems

Job Duties

  • prepare and execute menu items according to specifications
  • maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • support kitchen team with daily operations
  • lead and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
  • manage inventory and ensure proper food storage
  • uphold food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • troubleshoot and resolve kitchen challenges efficiently
