Job Requirements
- Must be over 25 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license with a safe DMV driving record
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions in a multi-lingual environment
- Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record check
- Must successfully meet criminal background screening requirements
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws regarding health and safety services
- Availability to work varied schedules including weekdays and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Must be over 25 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license with a safe DMV driving record
- Customer service experience in the hospitality industry strongly preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and follow directions in a multi-lingual environment
- A passion for the mission, vision, and values of Sherman Associates
- Ability to work varied schedules including weekdays and weekends
Job Duties
- Posts in the hotel lobby near the door to welcome incoming and thanking outgoing guests
- Offers assistance to answer questions and help with guests at every opportunity
- Drives a designated route for guests in a safe and secure manner
- Drives upon special request to destinations within a 5-mile radius of the hotel in an efficient and safe manner
- Assists incoming and outgoing guests with the loading and unloading of baggage into and out of automobiles as requested
- Assists with storage of guest baggage upon request
- Informs guests of all safety features and, if time permits, promote hotel outlets
- Contributes to a fun, energized and comfortable working environment
- Completes additional duties as assigned
