Job Duties

  • Drop off and pick up customers
  • answer the Service Shuttle phone and assist customers in setting up pick up times
  • assist Sales and Service Staff in moving vehicles to ensure efficient dealership operations
  • drive vehicles to other dealerships for dealer swaps or to other vendors as requested
  • may pick-up or deliver customers as requested using dealership vehicles
  • deliver parts as needed
  • greet all customers in passing with a courteous demeanor
