Job Requirements
- Valid class D license
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Valid DOT Medical card
- Background checks and driving tests
- Ability to work scheduled shifts between 6am-9am and/or 2pm-6pm Monday through Friday
- Willingness to comply with company safety and operational procedures
- Professional driving experience preferred
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Valid class D (non-CDL) license in good standing
- Valid DOT Medical card or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Passing background checks and driving tests
- Minimum age of 20 years
- Professional driving experience is a plus
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules
- Reliable and responsible with a focus on safety and customer service
Job Duties
- Greeting patrons in a polite manner and assisting them in any way possible
- Safely shuttling customers to various destinations
- Opening and closing doors for patrons
- Adhering to all traffic laws and signs to ensure safe shuttle operation
- Communicating effectively with customers and co-workers including radio contact
- Completing required pre-trip inspections to meet safety requirements
- Recording passenger counts and trip times
- Completing necessary paperwork involved in daily operations
- Assisting in equipment set up and break down such as signs and cones
- Sweeping shuttles and removing debris to ensure cleanliness
- Communicating mechanical problems with shuttles to management
- Complying with company procedures for shuttle operations
