Sysco is currently offering exciting career opportunities for dependable CDL A Shuttle Delivery Truck Drivers. This role involves safely and efficiently operating tractor-trailers and transporting doubles or potentially triple trailers between Sysco facilities and shuttle yards. Drivers may also be required, on an as-needed basis, to unload and deliver various products to customer locations following an assigned route and schedule. The position offers Monday through Saturday work schedules with Sundays off and an additional weekday off, featuring shifts starting at midnight or 10 PM running until completion of daily tasks. This schedule provides consistency and work-life balance for employees.

Job Requirements
- 21 plus years of age
- Must submit to a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public and understand highway signs
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver License with clean driving record
- Physical ability to lift, push, or move freight weighing 40 to 60 pounds on average and up to 100 pounds occasionally

Job Duties
- Operate tractor-trailer to transport doubles and potentially triples between Sysco facilities and shuttle yards
- Unload and deliver various products to customer locations as assigned
- Follow assigned route schedules efficiently and safely
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain communication with dispatch and report any issues encountered
- Assist in loading and securing freight when necessary
