Job Duties
- Wash vehicle exteriors using cleaning solution, water, cloths, and brushes
- Apply wax to auto bodies and buff surfaces to preserve shine
- Vacuum vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris
- Clean upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces with cleaning agents
- Apply revitalizers and preservatives to vinyl or leather surfaces
- Treat fabrics with spot and stain-resistant chemicals
- Use special-purpose cleaners to remove difficult stains
- Mix cleaning solutions, paints, and chemicals according to formulas
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely
- Maintain an organized working area
- Follow schedules and management directions
