The Showroom Manager role at Ann Sacks Miami, FL showroom is an onsite, full-time position requiring leadership, sales expertise, and operational management. This role is pivotal in overseeing the financial performance of the showroom, including managing sales, margins, and expenses. The Showroom Manager will lead a team to deliver a gracious and high-quality client experience that aligns with Ann Sacks' luxury brand values. Key responsibilities involve client acquisition and retention through building strong relationships within the architectural and design communities, territory management, and account management.

The manager is also responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing sales staff to foster a high-performance, inclusive work environment. The success of this role is measured by achieving sales and profit goals, developing talent, and ensuring client satisfaction. With a competitive salary range between $92,050 - $141,850 plus an annual sales incentive bonus, this position offers a rewarding career opportunity for experienced sales professionals. Essential to the role is effective showroom management, including maintaining showroom standards, managing forecasting and sales strategies, staff recruitment and development, performance management, and operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • prior sales/showroom or architectural/design firm experience
  • minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a sales team within a department or store location
  • bachelor’s degree in business or management, or architecture or design is preferred
  • authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
  • plumbing and tile industry experience is a plus
  • experience in a luxury sales environment preferred

Job Duties

  • set and manage expectations for the customer experience
  • maintain showroom to the high standards consistent with the Ann Sacks brand
  • train all associates on the company’s expected processes for showroom and outreach sales process, ensuring consistent, high-quality interactions at each stage of the sales process
  • effectively resolve customer issues, ensuring timely resolution of problems
  • lead by example, developing your own client relationships, delivering superior service and sales results
  • create connections with the architectural and design community through active participation in trade, industry and networking groups and events
  • design in-showroom events to further solidify these relationships and drive continued business growth
