Job Duties

  • recruit, train, and manage showroom staff
  • monitor inventory, productivity, efficiency, growth, and profitability
  • oversee monthly and quarterly financial assessments and forecasts
  • maintain safe, clean, and efficient operation
  • manage orders and delivery timelines
  • demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
