We are currently looking to expand our dynamic team with the addition of Show & Event Demonstrators. This role is vital for creating a memorable and engaging customer experience during various trade shows and promotional events. As a Show & Event Demonstrator, you will be the face of Bath Concepts at these events, responsible for attracting visitors to our booth, providing informative overviews of our product offerings, and securing sales leads. Your interaction with event attendees will play a crucial role in driving awareness and interest in our custom bath remodeling services.

This position offers hourly pay complemented by bonuses that are tied to the quality of appointments you book, providing a rewarding incentive for your efforts. The role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate our product benefits effectively to diverse audiences. You will need to maintain a professional demeanor and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the booth throughout the event.

Your duties include drawing attention to the booth, engaging with visitors in a positive and approachable manner, explaining the features and benefits of our products clearly, and booking in-home sales appointments. The ability to collect and organize leads daily and coordinate closely with the Event Coordinator to ensure smooth follow-up is essential. This role also demands physical stamina, as it involves standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds. Additionally, flexibility to work on weekends and reliable transportation to travel to different events are required.
