Meteor Home Remodeling is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Events Coordinator to join its dynamic team in the Allentown, PA market. This role plays a critical part in expanding the company’s brand presence by managing and coordinating various marketing events and shows within the assigned territory. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching and identifying suitable events, negotiating contracts with vendors, and booking an annual calendar filled with relevant shows and exhibitions. The position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to recruit, hire, and train event demonstrators who effectively represent the brand.

The Marketing Events Coordinator will orchestrate the scheduling of demonstrators at events, handle booth and display setups and teardowns, and manage appointment setting for free in-home consultations directly from event interactions. Additionally, this role includes collecting contest entries from attendees, following up with them, and ensuring appointments are scheduled, thereby driving lead generation and customer engagement. Measuring and reporting the outcomes of each event is essential to track success and optimize future marketing strategies.
