Job Duties

  • Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws including health, safety, and security regulations
  • Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with department quality standards
  • Supervise associates in the proper use of equipment and personal protective gear
  • Greet customers and provide prompt courteous service and assistance
  • Assist with interviewing, selecting, onboarding, and training new department associates
  • Provide continual training, development planning, and feedback for associates
  • Ensure merchandise is fully stocked, rotated, and priced accurately according to company standards
  • Verify accuracy of invoices and maintain accurate reports and records
  • Understand and adhere to all food safety, handling, and compliance procedures including HAACP
  • Maintain all temperature logs and production sheets
  • Manage department financial goals by adjusting operations as necessary
  • Maintain proper staffing to meet sales and customer experience needs
  • Perform all duties in accordance with labor laws for associates under 18 years
  • Assist with preparation of food products, catering, and special orders
  • Perform other duties as assigned
