Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management
  • Experience working within luxury, fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands
  • Strong leadership and coaching ability
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with customers and team members
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a store manager
  • Worked in a multi-cultural retail environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Experience in luxury, fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands
  • Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Digital proficiency
  • A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
  • English skills
