Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail management
- Experience working within luxury, fashion, cosmetics or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to build trustful relationships with customers and team members
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a store manager
- Worked in a multi-cultural retail environment with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
- Experience in luxury, fashion/cosmetics/lifestyle brands
- Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills
- Digital proficiency
- A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
- English skills
