Job Duties
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations
- Arrange and track domestic and international shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transport partners
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, and certificates of origin
- Maintain organized shipping and logistics records and databases
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and dispatch of goods in line with safety standards
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to monitor stock levels and movements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and customs procedures, international trade laws
- Optimize transport routes to minimize cost and maximize efficiency
- Provide operational support to procurement and warehouse teams
