Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in freight forwarding or warehouse operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience using ERP software
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish
- Ability to handle urgent priorities and complex logistics tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Experience in logistics or shipping supervision
Job Duties
- Receiving materials from suppliers or repair stations for re-shipment to Mexico
- Receiving materials sent from Mexico to locations on the U.S. East Coast
- Shipping materials to Mexico preferably using Grupo Aeromexico flights or other air freight options
- Classifying received materials by comparing physical items against supplier shipping documents
- Identifying shipping discrepancies such as short shipments, over shipments, or missing documentation
- Prioritizing materials based on urgency to ensure timely delivery
- Notifying the Miami supervisor of missing or damaged shipments and documenting incidents
