- minimum of two years of experience in inventory control, production planning, material planning, warehousing or similar field
- proficiency in Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- process daily shipment data from suppliers and manage the input into the IFS system
- monitor and handle the MRP system output according to IFS process documentation
- communicate with cross-functional teams to provide timelines for material delivery
- utilize VPS concepts and procedures to increase efficiency and decrease costs
- proactively contribute to the team with a collaborative approach
- self-motivate and work under pressure
- communicate well with the ability to form and maintain good relationships internally and externally
