Job Requirements
- Located in Miami (no remote option)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support
- Experience in shipping or familiarity with logistics software and systems
- Spanish speaking is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or logistics
- Experience or familiarity with shipping and logistics software and systems
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with multiple departments
- Customer service experience
- Spanish speaking is a plus
Job Duties
- Daily packs and ships online and wholesale orders and provides customer service related to shipping and tracking
- Creating domestic and international shipping labels and all necessary documents
- Handling shipping and tracking wholesale orders, including selecting carriers and managing transportation routes, tariffs and duties
- Oversees with production department shipment of all production
- Receives production and communicates any discrepancies to factories and production team
- Identifies and resolves issues that may arise during the logistics process, such as reaching out to shipping carriers, filing claims, and negotiating shipping rates with sales reps and freight forwarders
- Assists with packing for trunk shows and pop-up shop locations
- Monitors inventory levels with regular counts and handles transfers between both locations in Miami
- Handles store showroom, including merchandising, steaming, and pricing
- Assists in the planning of events, photoshoots, and other special projects
- Purchases and tracks office supplies
- Assists with retail store sales as needed
- Supports CEO and all team members with general needs
