Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies and standards
at least six months experience in customer-facing roles
experience preparing and coaching food and beverage preparation
experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees
ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments
excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
ability to direct the work of others
effective oral communication skills
strong interpersonal skills
knowledge of retail environment
ability to build relationships
ability to work collaboratively in a team

Job Duties

Lead store operations during shifts
supervise and motivate a team of baristas
ensure delivery of quality customer service
manage cash handling and store safety
coach team members on beverage and food preparation
maintain an encouraging and energetic work environment
uphold Starbucks standards and policies
