Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and safety
- Minimum six months experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience with task delegation and team coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- At least six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating team activities
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Knowledge of retail environment
Job Duties
- Lead each shift and act as a role model for store operations standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and products
- Motivate and guide team members to maintain an encouraging team environment
- Manage cash handling and store safety procedures
- Coach and prepare food and beverages according to standard or customized recipes
- Maintain composure and effective communication in a fast-paced setting
- Coordinate team tasks and delegate duties as needed
