Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation, cash handling, and store safety with or without reasonable accommodations
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating two or more employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- At least six months of experience in coordinating or delegating tasks to other employees
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Knowledge of retail environment operations
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
- Proven capability to build and maintain relationships
Job Duties
- Lead and oversee the daily store operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Coach and mentor team members on preparing food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
- Maintain store safety and security policies including cash handling procedures
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members and coordinate workflow
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and partners
- Address operational challenges promptly to maintain high standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
