Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including food and beverage quality, cash handling, and safety
- Six months of experience in a customer-facing role
- Six months of experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with customers
- Six months of experience coordinating or delegating tasks to employees
- Ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the retail environment
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
- Ability to build relationships
Job Duties
- Lead store shifts and ensure smooth operations
- Coach and prepare team members on quality beverage and food preparation
- Delegate tasks and coordinate the work of multiple employees
- Uphold store policies on safety, security, and cash handling
- Foster a welcoming environment for customers and team members
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
- Adapt to flexible working hours including weekends and holidays
