Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
- Experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- Experience in delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team activities
- Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Demonstrate effective oral communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
