Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including quality beverage and food preparation
Experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
Experience in delegating tasks to employees or coordinating team activities
Ability to prepare and coach preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
Demonstrate effective oral communication skills
Ability to stay calm and composed in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in retail or restaurant environment
Experience delegating tasks and coordinating work of multiple employees
Ability to direct and lead others effectively
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Quick learner with openness to acquiring new skills
Knowledge of retail operations and cash handling

Job Duties

Lead each shift by managing and motivating store team members

Oversee cash handling procedures and maintain store safety and security standards
Coach and develop partners to enhance performance and skill sets
Ensure compliance with Starbucks operating policies and procedures
Manage fast-paced store environment while maintaining calm and positive communication
