Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Meet store operating policies and standards including quality, cash handling, and safety
- Experience in a position requiring constant customer interaction
- Experience preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized variations
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating multiple employees
- Strong ability to direct the work of others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of the retail environment
- Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
- Six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
- Six months experience delegating tasks or coordinating employees
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills
Job Duties
- Lead store shifts and supervise baristas
- Ensure quality customer service and product standards
- Manage cash handling and store security procedures
- Coach and prepare food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
- Delegate and coordinate tasks among team members
- Maintain an energetic and positive team environment
