Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards
  • have at least six months of experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
  • experience preparing and coaching food and beverage preparation
  • experience delegating tasks to two or more employees

  • able to stay calm under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead each shift and act as a role model for store operations standards
  • work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly-crafted products
  • maintain an encouraging and positive team environment
  • guide and coach partners on store procedures and beverage preparation
  • manage cash handling and ensure store safety and security
  • coordinate workflow and delegate tasks to team members
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
