As a shift supervisor at Starbucks, you play a crucial leadership role in ensuring the coffeehouse operates smoothly and remains a warm, inviting space for every guest. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively under various conditions.
The shift supervisor is entrusted with responsibilities such as maintaining punctuality, ensuring store safety and security, managing cash handling, and ensuring the consistent delivery of Starbucks’ established recipes and customized customer requests. You will coordinate tasks among team members, delegate duties efficiently, and ensure compliance with the company’s operating policies and standards. In addition to on-floor leadership, this role includes participating in the development of your team by providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster professional growth and enhance workplace morale.

Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
