Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- meet store operating policies and standards for quality beverages and food, cash handling, and store safety
- six months of customer-facing experience
- prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- six months of experience delegating and coordinating tasks
Job Qualifications
- Six months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests
- at least six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating teams of two or more employees
- effective oral communication skills
- knowledge of retail environment
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to build relationships
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
