Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • meet store operating policies and standards including quality service and safety
  • at least six months of customer interaction experience
  • experience coaching or preparing food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
  • at least six months experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
  • ability to keep calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment
  • excellent communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing tasks
  • strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience delegating tasks and coordinating with multiple employees
  • knowledge of retail store operations and cash handling
  • ability to build relationships and work effectively as part of a team
  • effective leadership skills and ability to motivate others

Job Duties

  • lead each shift and guide baristas to deliver quality customer service
  • act as a role model by taking initiative and motivating the team
  • maintain store operations standards including cash handling and safety
  • prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages according to standard and customized recipes
  • ensure a positive, energetic, and welcoming environment for customers and partners
  • handle customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
  • support inventory control and store cleanliness
