Job Requirements

  • maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation

  • six months of experience in a customer-facing position

Job Duties

  • lead shift operations and ensure store standards are met

  • oversee quality preparation of food and beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
  • manage cash handling and store safety protocols
  • facilitate effective communication and teamwork during shifts
  • build positive relationships with customers and partners
  • delegate tasks and coordinate team activities to maintain efficient workflow
