Job Requirements

maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety
six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling requests
ability to prepare and coach food and beverages to standard and customized recipes
experience delegating tasks to two or more employees
ability to direct the work of others
strong communication skills
maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
six months experience in a customer-facing role
experience delegating tasks and coordinating a team

Job Duties

lead each shift and supervise store team members
ensure quality customer service and product excellence
manage cash handling and store safety procedures
