Job Requirements

  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
  • Meet store operating policies and standards
  • Six months of experience in constant customer interaction roles
  • Experience in preparing and coaching food and beverage preparation
  • Six months of experience delegating or coordinating tasks
  • Ability to direct the work of others
  • Strong oral communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
  • Ability to delegate tasks and coordinate the work of two or more employees

Job Duties
