Job Requirements
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- At least six months experience interacting with customers and fulfilling their requests
- Experience preparing and coaching the preparation of food and beverages to standard or customized recipes
- Knowledge of cash handling and store safety and security policies
- Six months experience coordinating or delegating tasks among team members
Job Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment for at least one year
- Experience delegating tasks and coordinating work of two or more employees
- Ability to direct and motivate others
- Effective oral communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of retail operations and safety standards
Job Duties
- Lead each shift and serve as a role model for store operations standards
- Work alongside baristas to deliver quality customer service and expertly crafted products
- Maintain an encouraging and positive team environment
- Delegate tasks and coordinate team activities effectively
- Ensure cash handling and store safety protocols are followed
- Coach and train team members on beverage preparation and customer service
- Remain calm and composed in fast-paced work situations
