Job Requirements

Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
Available to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including cash handling and store safety
At least six months of experience interacting with customers
Experience preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized orders
Six months experience leading or coordinating the work of two or more employees
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

Customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment
Six months of experience delegating tasks and coordinating team activities
Ability to direct the work of others
Effective oral communication skills
Knowledge of the retail environment
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to learn quickly and work as part of a team

Job Duties

Lead each shift and manage store operations
Work alongside baristas to provide excellent customer service
Prepare and coach beverage and food preparation to standards
Delegate tasks and coordinate team efforts
Handle cash and ensure store safety
Maintain quality and customer satisfaction
Motivate and support team members
